IGNOU ADMISSION PROCEDURE AFTER SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION FORM

  1. Fill in the Application Form with all mandatory documents and other details
  2. Waite for the confirmation of the admission/Application form
  3. You can check the status of your application by using a control number.
  4. You will get confirmation by SMS/ Email.
  5. Confirmation of the Details that you gave during the time of registration, like the Regional Center and Study Center. (https://ignou.samarth.edu.in/)
  6. Study Center will contact via Email/ WhatsApp/ Website
  7. The study center arranges an induction meeting.
  8. Study Center Schedule Contact classes and intimated through WhatsApp/ Email, Website.

1. Fill in the Application Form with all mandatory documents and other details:

  • Scanned Photograph (less than 100 KB)
  • Scanned Signature (less than 100 KB)
  • Scanned copy of relevant Educational Qualification (less than 200 KB)
  • Scanned Copy of Experience Certificate (if any) (less than 200 KB)
  • Scanned Copy of Category Certificate, if SC/ST/OBC (less than 200 KB)

2. Application Verification and Confirmation: 

Once you have submitted your application form, IGNOU will review the form and attachments to ensure that all required information has been provided correctly. It also verifies your eligibility for the program you choose.

3. Check Your application status: 

You can check the status of your application using the tracking number provided during the application process. Visit the IGNOU official website and enter your tracking number (Control Number) in the space provided to track the progress of your application. 4. Confirmation of Admission: 

After your application has been successfully confirmed, IGNOU will send you a confirmation message via SMS or email. 

5. Confirm Details: 

You must read the confirmation message and confirm the details provided during the application process. Make sure your assigned regional center and study center match your preferences and geographic location. 

6. Study Center will communicate with you via Email/ WhatsApp/ Website

The Study Center will contact you via email, WhatsApp, or their official website. They will provide information regarding the program, study materials, schedule, and any specific requirements. Stay updated and promptly respond to their communication.

7. Arrangement of Induction Meeting:

The Study Center will organize an induction meeting, which is an important event for new students. This meeting allows you to familiarize yourself with the program structure, meet faculty members and fellow students, and gain a better understanding of the study center’s resources and support services.

8. Schedule Contact Classes:

The Study Center will provide you with a schedule for contact classes. These classes are usually in the form of face-to-face interactions, workshops, practical sessions, or other forms of in-person learning activities. The schedule will be communicated through WhatsApp, email, or the study center’s website.
