Rules and Regulation 1: If you want to re-evaluate your papers or answer scripts, you have to pay 750/ for each course.
Rules and Regulation 2: This is the most important thing. Students must submit requests for re-evaluation within one month of the declaration of their results.
The date of declaration of the result will be calculated from the date on which the result(s) are placed on the IGNOU website.
It means, after the date of your result declaration you will be getting a month to submit the application. If you failed to submit the application form within one month, you cannot avail the facility of revaluation.
Rules and Regulation 3: Re-evaluation will be considered only if the candidate got 2 or more marks. If anyone secured one mark, that is not considered for the betterment of the result.
Rules and Regulation 4: The minimum time required for re-evaluation shall be 30 days from the date of submission of the application. It means if you want to get the result of re-evolution, you have to wait a minimum of 30 days. Sometimes that may exceed 30 days.
Rules and Regulation 5: Re-evaluation is permissible in theory Examinations only and It is not permissible in any other evaluations connected with Practicals, Lab Courses, Assignment, Project, Workshop, Seminar, Extended Campus Programme, Internships, Dissertation, Viva-voce, Teaching Practice, etc.
