Therefore it is an act of interaction between two or more people.  Each participant has to participate meaningfully in the meeting. The appropriate use of language is the most important one when considering a meeting. You should speak when given a chance and if you have something to contribute to the issue being discussed. Speak courteously and cooperatively with others. Do not use rude words and expressions. Do not talk for the sake of talking. Analyze if what you are saying really contributes and facilitates the discussion. Cooperate both with the participants and the Chairperson to achieve the goals of the meeting. Contribute to both the subject of the meeting and smooth interactions among the participants.  Courteous language and a controlled tone are most appropriate while attending a meeting. Emotional outbursts will hinder the progress of the meeting and also cause unpleasantness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">The inappropriate use of language always creates an unpleasant situation in a meeting. That may lead to an unsuccessful meeting. Meaningful interaction between the members of a meeting is one of the most important prerequisites of a successful meeting.
